Michael Todd Wilson, MS, LPC began his career in the world of business consulting before returning to graduate school to pursue a second career in counseling. He earned a Masters in Counseling from Georgia State University along with a Certificate in Christian Counseling from Psychological Studies Institute. He has been in professional practice for over 15 years. He has inpatient treatment experience with Charter, Rapha, Minirth-Meier New Life Clinics and Florida Hospital. MT transitioned into private practice in Central Florida in 1998 where he worked until his relocation to the Atlanta area in 2004.

MT is co–founder of the Intimacy Counseling Center in Suwanee, Georgia, along with Dr. Doug Rosenau, Dr. Michael Sytsma and Vickie George and founded Intentional Hearts in 2007. He also serves as director and co-founder of ShepherdCare, a nonprofit ministry which seeks to provide support and training for ministers while promoting health and long–term effectiveness in ministry.

Licensed in both Georgia and Florida, MT is a member of and adheres to the ethical standards of practice of the National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC), the Christian Association for Psychological Studies (CAPS), the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC) and the American Board of Christian Sex Therapists (ABCST).
